Wolf Moon makes us go within... and we find ourselves contemplating old issues and matters of the heart. This moon gets its' name according to the native observation that now, as we start the deepest leg of winter, wolves living in the wild may find their food supplies becoming scarce... and they can be heard howling at night. Wolves also howl when they're missing their mate, their pack, or the absent components that make them complete.
So let me ask you, sweetie... what's scarce in your life, at this time? What are you going without? What, or who, is missing? And what, or who, are you howling for? Even if that howling is silent, inward...
Wolf Moon energy is not a cozy, dreamy vibe. It is big, intense, raw and deep. Sure, you can shy away from it, avoid it, if you will. But not for long. Not forever.
I'll admit, this moon tends to unhinge us a little. But that's alright; does us good every once in a while.
